Shipping & Delivery Policy
The Service has a delivery ETA of 5-7 days from the date of dispatch.
The products are generally dispatched within 48 hours of the order being received.

Please do not accept the parcel if the sealing tape is tampered with.
IMPORTANT SHIPPING UPDATE:
As per the Government directives, we are now delivering the orders to serviceable pin codes in the following places:
Delhi NCR, Chandigarh, Rajasthan, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir, Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Goa, Madhya Pradesh, Bangalore, Karnataka, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Pondicherry, Kerala, Odisha, West Bengal, Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Mizoram, Chhattisgarh, Bihar, Jharkhand, Daman and Diu, Dadra and Nagar Haveli.
For places not included in the aforementioned list, you might experience some delay in shipment. Your orders are packed and waiting to be dispatched until we receive further notice from the Government.
Once the order is confirmed by The Hill Herbs India, details are sent to the customer via email from Shipping partner about the status of the package. Alternatively, a customer can also track the shipment on our Track Order

What if my order doesn’t get delivered?
Our courier partner will make three attempts to get your delivery to you. If he cannot deliver the product, you have to contact us and we will resend it to you. If you've received a Delivered message and not really delivered to you kindly inform us within 24 Hours of receiving the updates.
